It reminds of my fathers mother, in my opinion, the first woman to show me unconditional love. I have knitted, even made some hot pot holders if you will, still have them( approx. 32-33 yrs ago). Being self sufficient is a very attractive trait to me and I like to promote it, teach my kids how to build with their hands and not their checkbooks is my goal.
